OverviewJohn Mawbley is a serial killer certain he is cleansing society of its evil. When Gretchen Culver happens upon the carnage of Mawbley's crowd killing, she runs into traffic and is critically injured. She regains consciousness while being raped by the police and ambulance attendants, where she is beaten unconsciousness again. They deliver her to another serial killer for disposal. Meanwhile Sam and Twitch help their former police officers investigate still another murder case. When Twitch begins to question their career change, they land the missing persons case of Culver.
